Why read Jen’s World?

I like to travel and I’ve been fortunate to have traveled a lot. I am also one of those people who likes to share travel stories and photos. I promise to return the favor and listen to your stories.

Everyone has their own preferred way to travel and I firmly believe there is no one right way to see the world.

Here’s what you’ll get from me: Stories, snippets, and other bits and bobs from my travels. Like most travelers, my household has had its share of misadventures that need to be shared. I also occasionally talk about what works for me as a traveler, including my penchant for packing very, very light.

Here’s what you won’t get: Posts with hour-by-hour and day-by-day info on my trips. If you want a detailed travel guide, this is not the place for you. I’m not here to replicate Rick Steves, DK Eyewitness, or Lonely Planet.
